Returns and Refunds

Each item sold can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as it has not been opened or altered. Shipping costs will be completely borne by the buyer.
To be entitled to a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sold, it will therefore be the buyer's responsibility to ensure adequate packaging.

In the event of products received damaged, to be entitled to a free return and refund or replacement, the buyer must provide a video proof within 14 days of delivery demonstrating that any damage was not caused by the buyer himself.
By virtue of this, return requests without any video proof of the opening of the package will not give access to any refund.

Furthermore, in the event of obvious damage to the external packaging of the shipment, the package must be accepted with reservation, communicating this to the courier and the seller via the channels provided.

NOTE: the right of return for damaged products DOES NOT APPLY to items sold with the indication "Not Mint".

Any refunds resulting from returns are normally made within 20 working days of the return, starting from the moment the package is delivered to the designated courier.

For the purposes of the above, customers are reminded that "working days" mean non-holidays excluding Saturdays (therefore, from Monday to Friday).
